Payment
We accept E-Transfer/ EMT, EFT, Wire or Cash.
Please transfer your payment in full to hello@loudleaf.ca
We are set up with Auto-Deposit so there is no need to input a question/ answer.
ATTENTION: In the notes section of your transfer let us know what your order number is so we can cross-reference your order to mark it as paid.
Shipping
Yes, overseas shipping will be done on a case by case basis. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added after checkout.
It depends on where you are located. Most orders are shipped out same-day.
Western Canada: Expect 1 - 3 business days for arrival.
Eastern Canada: Expect 3 - 7 days for arrival.
USA: Expect 5 - 7 days for arrival.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
